Nature of Services
Studio M.Fla – Performance & Wellness provides physical assessment services, personalized training prescriptions, and body therapies.
Due to the personalized nature and the time reserved exclusively for each client, the following refund conditions apply.
Individual Sessions
Individual sessions are non-refundable after they have taken place.
If the client cancels within the established timeframe (minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled time), they may choose to:
• Rescheduling
or
• Credit for future use
Cancellations made outside the deadline or no-shows without prior notice may result in the loss of the session without the right to a refund.
Service Packages
Purchased packages may be cancelled before the start of the sessions, upon formal request.
If the customer has already used part of the package:
• The amount corresponding to the sessions held will be deducted.
• An administrative fee may apply.
• The remaining balance may be converted into credit, where applicable.
Promotional packages may have specific rules and may not be refundable.
Online Services
For online services:
Once a structured plan, protocol, or personalized prescription has been submitted, there will be no refunds, as this is customized content.
Medical Conditions
If the client presents a proven medical condition that prevents them from continuing the service:
• You may request a credit analysis for future use.
• The refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Documentation may be requested.
No Guarantee of Results
Results vary depending on:
• Commitment
• Frequency
• Physical history
• Adherence to guidelines
Subjective dissatisfaction does not automatically constitute grounds for a refund.
